the last time I encountered something this user unfriendly was years upon years ago when manufacturers didn't really care how easy it was it use the product you bought from them.This thing was almost as bad as trying to set the time on your vcr without the TV.I mean for something that interfaces with the IPOD of all things its a headache working with it.SOmetimes I don't even bother with it and just use it to charge my IPOD.
